They use an answering service, that either doesn't pass on messages or just has outdated info, I called several times, first they said someone will meet me at a unit in Bethlehem WV, sat there for two hours, never got a call back and no one showed up, almost every unit there was available, but then when I called back the answering service then says every unit in every facility is full... Terrible Service, Terrible way of doing business....
