I paid 75 dollars and they didn't do anything. Every time they come to give me a diagnosis I have to pay $100.

The technician from Apex was so knowledgeable and professional. He was able to explain the issues in a way that I could understand and offered tips on how to get the air to circulate better in the other rooms of my home.
