Had a great experience with Apex Radiology. The staff were excellent, and very helpful. It is their culture. I must give a big shout out to Bryanna, who was so exceptionally kind. It was the way she assisted me, that made all the difference. Without any hesitation, she went out of her way, nearing closing time, to help me when I needed it, to prepare for my upcoming appointment with the doctor. Thank you Bryanna!

I visited Apex Radiology for an MRI after injuring my knee in a fall on ice. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. They understood that I was in pain and made sure I was positioned comfortably before the scan. The technician explained the procedure clearly and made the whole experience much less stressful. I’ve had a terrible experience with this place. They’ve been withholding my MRI results and refusing to upload them to my patient portal. I’ve called multiple times asking them to send me my report, and every time they claim it was sent — but I’ve received nothing. It feels like no one takes responsibility, and it’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Patients deserve access to their own medical information without having to beg for it.
