I called this place several times to book an appointment for my radiology exams. I even went in person at 1pm to get more information. However I came to find out that they are closed! Is this place still operating or not? Online it says that it’s open from 9 AM - 5PM Mondays through Fridays.
They never answer their phone. I have been trying to get my records from them for a week and have not had one phone call answered or returned.
Went about 3 was ago for mri on knee. My dr still hasn't received report. Went to office and saw a notice that they are closed.

It's been over a month and cat scan results have not been provided. Supervisor / Owner does not even take calls or addresses the problems. Apparently, they're other patients whose results have not been processed either. Patient care is time sensitive and clearly this organization doesn't have their act together to submit a report on time or correct the problem. If you care for your health, go elsewhere and save yourself the headaches. This is outrageous and they should not be in business.
