It's been over a month and cat scan results have not been provided. Supervisor / Owner does not even take calls or addresses the problems. Apparently, they're other patients whose results have not been processed either. Patient care is time sensitive and clearly this organization doesn't have their act together to submit a report on time or correct the problem. If you care for your health, go elsewhere and save yourself the headaches. This is outrageous and they should not be in business.

I don’t really recommend my MRI took longer than expected and it’s transferred to another radiology will take another 2 week

I had a disappointing experience with Apex. I was told that the radiologist’s impression report would be ready within 3–5 business days, but it's been 3+ weeks now and my case is still marked as “unread” in the patient portal, while they keep promising it will be done in the nearest time. Because of this delay, I had to postpone my doctor’s appointment and deal with inconveniences that could have been avoided if the timeline provided had been accurate. Reporting delay is a serious concern (taking about 2-3 weeks) The services are economical as compared to other centres in the area, however after assuring report availability in 2-3 business days, they essentially take 2-3 weeks citing some sort of issue with the radiologist's availability. Please visit only if you have non-urgent ailments.
