My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the work and service we received from Apex Pools. Isaac is a very knowledgeable contractor who took the time to answer all our questions—and most importantly, he was incredibly patient with my wife throughout the entire process. Hello - I am very unhappy with the timeline of this project. When the project initially began, we had to hold off for a week because of funds. Unfortunately, we're not made of money and had to apply for a loan. When I met Lincoln for the first time, he told me "It's your guys fault the project was delayed a week". Yes it was, we didn't have the money to pay you. That is NO WAY to speak to a customer. I work with contractors all day and for several years now. I have never had one speak to me the way he did.
