This place has been vital in my healing journey! I had a bad case of frozen shoulder and it was fixed by Phil. I just saw my Orthopedist and he has released me from treatment...again, all thanks to Phil! He makes you feel comfortable and lets you go at your own speed rather than pushing too hard like I've experienced at other places. His humor is ON POINT so it makes it fun! Highly recommend APEX!

I came to Apex and met with Phil after having surgery to repair a ruptured hamstring. I had been attending PT at another clinic but felt I had reached a plateau using their generalized approach. Best physical therapy in Irvine especially for young atheletes.
Came here for a shoulder issue and was very happy with the outcome. Phil was great at putting together a routine to get my shoulder back in shape. I have an unpredictable work schedule, and it was always easy to schedule appointments that worked for me. The environment is very relaxed and personal. I would highly recommend anyone looking for physical therapy come here.
