Great place, nice people, clean, helped me get better.
Recently I have been suffering from what my doctor diagnosed as Tennis Elbow. As my condition was work related I was referred by my company’s treating physician to HQ Unlimited for a series of physical therapy sessions. I have always been a little dubious of the benefits of physical therapy especially for conditions such as this which seem to be exacerbated by constant repetitive use. I met paul at a gym I worked out at. My knee was unfortunately a wreck and kept me from working out as hard as I wanted to. Other PT's in the past weren't able to help me much, but Paul was very good and used a technique called active release which was very helpful. I recommend talking to him if you have a sports injury,,
