I’ve been at Apex for about 3 years now and I can honestly say this is the strongest I’ve ever felt. Coach Michael has helped me not only get in shape physically but also mentally, which I’m so grateful for. Leading up to my wedding I felt so much more confident thanks to the work we put in. The coaches here truly care about you and your progress, and the gym is always clean and organized which is such a bonus. Couldn’t recommend Apex more!

Before Starting off at Apex I didn’t know anything about lifting,what work outs to do, what REPs Or RPE meant. Thanks to Coach Michael and City I have learned so much. I am surprised at how much strength Ive grown. At first I was scared to lift anything but they’ve taught me everything step by step. Apex has also taught me importance of stretching before every workout. I feel so great about myself. I have become more active and stronger.
It has been a wonderful experience to enjoy Apex Training in Santa Ana. Trainers are very motivating and make me want to come and enjoy my workouts every day. Coach city and Michael are a big part of the reason why the environment is so enjoyable and motivating. No matter what time you go, the experience is great, the trainers are absolutely wonderful and motivating.
