When my significant other was seen by a hand specialist in another city in Texas, the Doctor said the MRI from Apex was of poor quality and the he requested another MRI since the original one from Apex was not clear enough. Service was good at Apex, but their machinery for the MRI should be improved as to avoid additional costs of having to get ANOTHER MRI done since Apex was not clear enough.
They have exceptional customer service. They are remarkably professional, friendly, and kind. The radiology technician was truly comforting, he explained step by step. Clean and the atmosphere was warmly inviting.
