Apex did a facelift on my community last summer. AV Builders did a great job. They were kind efficient and clean. Although Steve Sokol the owner of Apex was THE most rude unprofessional man I have ever spoken to on the phone. I asked for him to follow up on 2 things. He begrudgingly took my information. Then only did one of the things. I would NEVER refer him to anyone.
