A friend, who is an immigrant, purchased a vehicle here. She trusted Alex, who lied to her and sold her a car that would not pass any safety inspection. 1) The parking brake was non-functional 2) Alex said freon recharge would make a/c work…the car doesn’t have a/c 3) Wind noise was from a gap in the door…the undercarriage was rusted out!!!!!! 4) Heat non-functional 5) The OBD port had been disconnected!!!!
