I wanted to provide an update on my experience living here since November. I really enjoy this apartment complex; the property is always clean, quiet, and the neighbors are very respectful. Additionally, the property manager, Luke, and the other leasing specialists are incredibly helpful and kind. Everyone has also been very welcoming toward my dogs. haven't had any major issues, but I wanted to share a few helpful details. I moved in here 6 years ago and I was the very 1st resident in my apartment. It’s been an incredible place to live. I’ve had maybe 3 maintenance requests in my time here, but they were always prompt in getting the issues fixed. Neighbors were all quiet, respectful, and kind. The grounds were always kept up with and beautiful. Highly recommend making this place your home. 🙂
I’ve lived here for four years and have watched this place go completely downhill. Management is a joke. The current property manager, Makayla, is incompetent, unprofessional, and clearly more interested in collecting a paycheck than doing her job. She never has real answers, avoids accountability, and gets defensive when you go above her—which says everything.
