Met with Brian who gave me a quote for my project and his crew came out as scheduled and explained the work to be done. The crew ended up doing the job without as much work originally quoted and they adjusted the quote accordingly. The crew was professional and explained the job in detail and accomplished my needs. I am planning on switching over to Apex for my sprinkler needs.
Alfredo was thorough, friendly and fun and easy to communicate with. I do have two heads that aren’t working right so I will call him back to come fix those. I found it difficult to Communicate when I had an issue that didn’t seem like one that was listed on their website. Would be nice to be easier to communicate with somebody in person rather than just set up a schedule. I don’t mind for the regular shut down doing that. We have been using Apex for years and hope the great service we have had in the past continues
Finally a service professional I can use FOREVER! I can't say enough about Apex. As a service professional myself, I am fickle about people doing what they say they will do, being prompt, going out of their way to impress all while giving a fair price. Apex has always (3 years now) come through! I've had Apex install a new sprinkler system, turn my system on and off for the seasons and repair my sump pump line. I implore you to give these folks your business, they genuinely appreciate it.
2026 Edit: Updating my original 5-star review following a recent activation experience under new ownership/team. I specifically emailed ahead asking that a possible leak be assessed and was told that could be addressed, but the workman wasn't prepared to address it. During activation I was told there was no leak. Afterward, I found 3 leaks requiring two return visits. 2024: Apex is on time, friendly, explains everything, makes recommendations but leaves you alone if you don't want to upgrade, easy to book with.
