Hey came to inspect a home I was renting . tore open my insulation on my water heater and didn't replace, tore my blinds, basement lights don't work, carpet torn up not replaced. called up and asked about it, he laughed at me and said I was just a renter. these people are terrible. stay away from these people and find another inspector. the son in law working for owner is a tool. don't let him in the house.
This guy completely missed or looked over $30,000+ worth of foundation repairs on my home purchase. After I purchased my new home I decided to educate my self on signs of foundation settling and realized to late that the subtle signs are clearly apparent when you know what your looking for. A home inspector should not have missed these signs. Do your research before signing the papers regardless of who does your home inspection.
