Jasmine and Troy have been extremely easy to work with and communicate with for patients returning home after SNF care. They are fast to respond, and will go above and beyond to make sure they can help our patients stay safe at home!

Amy is the best and really cares about her patients. All of the other staff who have worked with my Mother do not care about the patients and their requests. The staff (not Amy), push themselves on you even when you request otherwise. Example: Don’t come earlier than 11am. So they show up at 9:30 without prior authorization. Requests to have all communication be through text messages. So they decide to call and leave a voicemail. These are the main problems we’ve had with Apex.
