I am writing this review because 3 months after my brand new hvac system was installed my AC compressor stopped working. Keep in mind there is a 1 year warranty. This was over the Memorial Day weekend where temperatures were exceeding 90. Luckily, Apex provided this sticker on my system with 24 hour emergency service right? Wrong! I called their number and 3 months after this install they state there is no after hours. We built a new build with summit homes and APEX did our hvac - we’ve had a few hiccups (which is to be expected) and they have been patient with us and fixed it every time.
The lady in the office was very nice and helpful. The 2 gentlemen who came to fix our heater were also very nice and helpful. They were able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed pretty quickly. I would highly recommend and I appreciate everyone’s help!
Our AC stopped working and Apex was able to send a service representative the next afternoon. Richard-with 50 years of HVAC experience- was outstanding. On time and quickly identified the issue. Was not the AC, but the HVAC breaker installed by the builders electrician was not correct. Once he replaced the breaker and completed a full diagnosis the HVAC was up and running. I would highly recommend Apex to all homeowners.
