I just had Apex work on my ac. It wasn't cooling proprly,. Josh the technician showed up at the appointed time. He called me 30 minutes in advance letting me know he was in route. When he arrived asked all the pertinent details and immediately got to work. He addressed the issues was honest with me and told me how to address any further concerns. I would recommend both apex and josh .
Had to change up my previous review due to issues with the appointment time but after a phone call and really good customer service, the situation was handled and great job completed.
