Horrible....my mom appointment was at 9:30 am, its about to be 3 hours.. we are still here ...they have no regards for people time. The scheduling need to better. Its just so ridiculous .
My mom was treated very badly, apart from being charged when she had already paid, she showed the receipt and treated her as a liar, a very unprofessional "clinica," the doctor treated her very badly, I wish I had gone with her to defend her, the results they gave her did not help the primary doctor a complete disgust.
I had a stress test and an echocardiogram, I went to this place where the doctor read it and gave me a letter, everything was perfect until they told me they couldn't give me the copy or the letter because there was no ink and the email had been hacked, that's not normal, in the end I came out stressed...
