I called after a window in my home had been accidentally broken and Brian was there in no time. The entire replacement was complete within a couple hours and he was incredibly nice and accommodating. Can’t recommend him enough!
Not sure why those people had any issues, I called him on Fri, told me to call him on Mon or Tues, I did, he works by himself, so had to call a couple times, I don't answer when I am working either, he told me to drop it off in Nitro, which I did, charged me a fair price to replace the glass, he even drove it back to my house, I will call him again, maybe the others were not Nice, or Impatient ? who knows, my window looks perfect and is now back in the track, Thanks Brian!
