I made the appointment; drove 120 miles to be there. My thyroid issues were first diagnosed in 1995. I suffer from night sweats; stubborn weight; itchy dry skin, peeling nails; falling hair; thinning eyebrows and also cardiovascular disease. I’ve tried many solutions. The owner of the company did an interview with me, which took about 30 minutes. She then dismissed me with a promise to send links for appropriate supplements for my symptoms. Saw ad on Facebook for free thyroid check, they had me remove my socks and shoes, and stand on a special scale, which gave my weight, my BMI, my water content etc… no one touched me! No one felt my thyroid! This was supposed to be a free consultation which included lab test for thyroid… “Dr. Jennifer, CN”. Certified Nurse took me back to front counter and asked the receptionist book me an appointment with lab, then she asked me for $184.00 for the lab work! I cannot say this program was what I was seeking but I have it a shoot for almost $5k and in the end it didn’t benefit me. I could have received the same from my primary doctor.

I got off the bus at Walnut, obviously there's more than one I walked all the way over this mountain in the heat 2 o'clock in the 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I'm dying on the sidewalk with all the exhaust and nobody will answer the phone. I'll be dead before you get back with him in a business day.
