5 months… still waiting for our windows. Poor communication. Loved the presentation. Love the look of the windows and loved Kyle. The ball was dropped once we placed the order. Took multiple requests to get CAD drawings. Sad as we had such high hopes for this company based on referrals for friends. Sadly we will now be a negative referral for Apex instead of a glowing endorsement. Would love to get my deposit back and choose another window supplier.

Amazing windows. Very through process and pleased with each Apex employee we have come in contact with. Love the windows and great help with sales, design, and any questions that came our way. Installation went off without a glitch. Very pleased and highly recommended. We already can tell a difference in the decrease of loss of air/ heat thru old outdated windows. Apex has been wonderful... we got our windows about two years ago, and everything went awesome... unfortunately a rock hit one of the windows, and cracked it. In a matter of a week, we called and Devin Hobbs was out to replace it! He was extremely friendly, and super fast!! I’ll always recommend this fantastic company!!
We replaced all the windows in our house a couple of months ago with Insignia Windows and we are so pleased with them! The product itself is so well designed and beautiful but we were also impressed with the sales team and the installers. Really professional people to work with. We will recommend APEX to our friends and family!
