Apex provides an amazing window product, but what sets them apart from the competition is the communication and responsiveness of the entire company. Everyone from the sales/business development to accounting to the install team was wonderful to work with and responded to our requests immediately. I wish they provided more home services!

The installers communicated well during the days prior to installation and prepared us for what we would need to do ahead of time. They were professional and courteous, and worked diligently the entire day. They couldn't have made the process more comfortable for us, working around us and taking our needs into consideration as they worked. Overall just a great experience! And we love our new windows - should have done this a long time ago!
We had a great experience working with Apex. Our windows were original to our house built in 1960 and desperately needed to be replaced. Apex worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied with our new windows. Our salesperson, Nathan Rouse, was especially responsive and continuously checked in during the installation process. Our new windows look amazing, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you Apex! 😁
We just had out 30 year old windows replaced with new triple paned Insignia windows by Apex Energy solutions. The benefits were immediate. Our old windows were drafty and painted shut. Now, the draftiness is gone and we can barely hear the neighbors lawn mower right next door. But if we want to hear the birds chirp, we can now open the windows. This is such an upgrade to our home and we are extremely satisfied with the quality, sales and service Nathan Rouse and his install team delivered. New windows are a major investment.... read more
Nathan knocked on my door and introduced himself (again) about 2 months ago. I stopped him and told him that I was already interested in his product, as I had looked at it, compared and decided I wanted it. But I told him that I wasn't ready to spend all that money right now. He quickly made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. So, 30 minutes later I was signing papers. The install team was very polite, professional and neat.
