We thoroughly enjoyed working with Apex, and Nathan Rouse. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and prompt. Our windows were original to our 1967 ranch. We replaced all the windows in our home and LOVE them. They are easy to clean, have screens, are excellent quality, and insulate our home so much more efficiently. We had zero problems with any of the process...it was seamless. Highly recommend!!!!
We replaced over 30 windows in our home about three years ago, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Nathan Rouse worked with us in the ordering process and continued to check in during the install. The install was very quick. We love our new windows. Our home is much more comfortable and quite. The product also looks great. We love the functionality and security our new windows have provided.

We had our windows replaced a couple of weeks ago by Apex. We love how they look and are anticipating lower energy bills. Added bonus - windows are buffering outside noise! Installation was quick - 20 windows in one day. Workers were friendly and professional and left our yard neat and clean. Great people, great product. Amazing transformation inside and outside. Living on a somewhat busy road, we really noticed how much quieter the house is inside with the new windows. Loving that. Thad and his crew did a wonderful job with the install and we really appreciate the extra effort they made to remove and haul away some old and ugly awnings.
Charlotte, NC. -We just had 23 windows replaced bu Apex, and love them! The windows ate beautiful! The installers were professionals, and worked endlessly! Even on a Saturday! The house is so much cooler. Especially in this summer heat. The you can barely hear the noise from outside. We love it!

They were personally engaging and patient to explain the process and answer our questions thoroughly. We were at ease with team in our home as they were professional throughout.
