Great doctor and team. Hope they can fix my teeth!
I can not say enough good things about this office and the care of Dr Duke. Our son suffered a dental emergency resulting in the repair of one of his front teeth. the entire staff at APEX treated us the very best care and helped us though a very scary ordeal. I would recommend Apex and Dr Duke to anyone needing endo care as they are top tier not only in their specialty care in treatment but also customer service. Thank you Dr Duke and the team of Apex! You are all outstanding :-)
Apex endodontics is fantastic. Dr. Duke is an amazing dentist and the assistants are very friendly. Bev the office manager is as good as they get. Her professionalism and knowledge is outstanding and she does everything she can to help out her patients. I would highly recommend this office!
Update they are working to fix some of the billing issues, we won't receive all of our money back, and unfortunately still dealing with some unprofessional behavior from the office manager but we are moving in a direction of a partial resolution. Did not properly send in billing for us multiple times to our insurance company which has costed us over a $1000 in charges since May as our benefit would not cover some of their work and we had not choice as they hold deposits for months and as they did more work then predetermined... read more
