We had a leak from our kitchen sink that had water not just going from the cabinets and behind the dishwasher but down into the basement below to ring in the New Year. Apex came out and was able to dry out or tear out everything that was damaged. They worked with our insurance company to make sure everything got put back together in a fairly quick time period. I highly recommend Apex Disaster Management.

I had a large amount of water damage in my kitchen due to a broken dishwasher. This company was great. They were able to get to me quickly and start the drying/mold prevention process which included removing my flooring. They worked with my insurance company and I was able to have my kitchen back in order within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you APEX! ****** ********

Apex was hired to get rid of mold in the basement and garage of our guesthouse. Part of the process was cleaning mold from certain items in the garage and transferring belongings from cardboard boxes to plastic bins. It appeared as though the folks working on this were not very well trained (day laborers?). I discovered old family photos, checkbooks, archived business papers etc in garbage bags covered by floor sweepings, used face masks, and discarded rubber gloves. I tried communicating my dissatisfaction with the work completed, the items I was billed for that actually should not have been on the bill and the discrepancies in what was communicated to me and Apex's response was "pay us and open a new claim with us". They did not work to resolve or even understand my concerns. Discovering water issues in your home can be extremely stressful and instead of helping to relieve my problems they added to the issue... DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING IN YOUR HOME WITHOUT GETTING A QUOTE IN WRITING. THEY CHARGED ME $4,269 FOR WATER MITIGATION (they used a shop vac and remove a few base boards in my kitchen and bathroom area which is a combine square footage of 17 X 15). THEIR SET UP & MONITOR DRYING EQUIPMENT (humidifier) THEY LEFT IN MY HOME, DID NOT WORK AND IT LEAKED MORE WATER INTO MY HOUSE. I TURNED IT OFF AND CALLED THEM THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLAINT, IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO SENT SOMEONE OVER. WHEN THE GUY CAME, HE SAID "I don't know why the... read more

Unfortunately not everyone is always happy with your services. This was an exception in the beginning. When we arrived our technicians extracted water (regardless of the machine used), removed damaged baseboard and trim and set drying equipment. Unfortunately one of the pieces did leak and we returned to swap that out. The homeowner wanted us to leave the equipment, which we did for an extended amount of time ( 7-10 days approximately) Untill his adjuster could look at the claim. Very Bad Experience, Bad Estimates, Faulty Contracts, Bad collection process, Shady Litigation process. This company fails to satisfy the customer. I believe their goal is to only collect your insurance premium (causing as much damage to your property they can get away with leaving you to repair their damages).
