Went to Apex for an Ultrasound for.my shoulders and was met by a wonderful receptionist. Shortly after the technician came and got me and did a great job . He was very patient with me as it took me some time to get my arms in the correct position . I could tell he was understanding which made me very comfortable and thankful. Thank you to everyone at Apex!
The technician who performed the ultrasound was very professional and respectful. I felt very comfortable and am glad that I chose this service. Thanks again for the high ethical standards and the care you provided me!
I brought my mom here for her first time last week and again today. I thought the staff were very nice. Building was very clean and free parking. My mom had no issues or concerns with her male technician. She thought he was more thorough than the Charlotte st site. The lady technicians were great as well. They took their time with her and made a stressful day feel better. She said she had so may differences in how she used to have the same tests done Downtown and felt like this is where she always wants to be tested now!
Dr Mahim is a very irresponsible and unprofessional doctor. Unfortunately, he lacks sufficient medical knowledge and fails to follow up effectively.
I had a really uncomfortable experience. I arrived for my echocardiogram and sat in waiting area. A male technician came over to me and in a rough tone he said “ you can come with me”. No good morning or introducing himself. No friendly anything. I immediately felt uncomfortable and concerned. I was going to be in a room alone with this guy with my breasts out.
