I came to the clinic for the first time today for an echocardiogram and a Holter monitor. I found all of the staff to be very friendly and respectful. The male technician who did the echo put me completely at ease and was very kind throughout the procedure. A female technician fitted me for the monitor and answered all of my questions and the receptionist did as well. The clinic was bright and clean and the parking a total bonus. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you Apex technicians!
My recent experience with Apex was phenomenal. The staff were all exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and kind during all my tests leading up to my consult with Dr. Mahim. Thank you Dr.Mahim for being so thorough and creating a dynamic team.
Went to Apex for an Ultrasound for.my shoulders and was met by a wonderful receptionist. Shortly after the technician came and got me and did a great job . He was very patient with me as it took me some time to get my arms in the correct position . I could tell he was understanding which made me very comfortable and thankful. Thank you to everyone at Apex!

I brought my mom here for her first time last week and again today. I thought the staff were very nice. Building was very clean and free parking. My mom had no issues or concerns with her male technician. She thought he was more thorough than the Charlotte st site. The lady technicians were great as well. They took their time with her and made a stressful day feel better. She said she had so may differences in how she used to have the same tests done Downtown and felt like this is where she always wants to be tested now!
