Office staff broke their policy of discussing payment BEFORE procedure. Decided to slap the payment on us AFTER procedure had already started. Not willing to fix THEIR mistake!!!!
Dr was friendly but told me I needed way more work than what I thought was necessary. After getting a second opinion from another dental office I felt a lot better and chose to go somewhere else. My 10 thousand dollar treatmet pland only ended up being 300 for a few fillings at another place.
This was an amazing office helped me figure out my insurance so I knew what I was going to pay. Great customer service.
Dr. Clonts and his staff are beyond amazing ! For most people, going to the dentist isn't a fun experience. I always feel very comfortable when seeing Dr. Clonts, knowing that I'm going to have a pain free experience. Sharon, the hygienist is probably one of the best in Utah. She is so professional and knowledgable and always willing to answer all my questions. She is all about patient care and making sure your periodontal health is in check. And our assistant Stacie, JoAnn, kaytlyn and Rebecca are so knowledgable and so great to work with. After making Changes to the front office we have best The new office staff hands down.
