If I could give a zero, I would have. It wasn't the main barber it was one of his employees. I asked for a fade and ended up with a 1980's bowl cut. He kept poking me in the eye while he "trimmed" the top and when he tried to show me his "fade" skills in the back he held the mirror directly behind me so I couldn't see anything. I told him I couldn't see and he questioned why I couldn't! My guess is that he has never gone for any formal training... friend of a friend trying to make a quick buck.
