Do not go here for any icbc claim services. My fiancé is now having to pay out of pocket for a rental car from last year that was supposed to be managed through apex (the front of house staff at apex ensured they manage the rentals) when his truck was being serviced by them for an icbc claim. As per ICBC apex was LATE submitting the rental claim by a few days in order for coverage to be claimed. Apex has been extremely difficult to work with and continues to refuse to pay for their mistake on missing submission dates.
I was in an accident where I was 0% at fault and the only damage done to my vehicle was cosmetic front end. Apex was great to deal with regarding my estimate and getting my truck in to be fixed. The work was great other than a couple small things that at the time I didn’t care about (rubber loom under bumper wasn’t installed when I had one prior, and a chrome hood wind screen as well). I can't say enough about these people! From Kelly in the office who is so organized and knows exactly what is going on, Ryan the boss is so easy to talk to and sticks to his quotes, they did a terrific job on our F150. We will definitely recommend them and use them when needed. Thanks guys😉
There was no experience, I had an appointment for 11:30 am today . They were closed , no call ,no notification, a total waste of my time to drive 1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour back home .
Staff is professional and friendly with great knowledge. From the beginning of a job, to the end, they are wonderful to work with. We will always recommend Apex Collision!
