Think they forgot about me for a few months haha. I was told 3-4 weeks after my estimate. It's been a crazy busy year for insurance claims so I totally understand that things like this happen, it has happened to friends at other shops too. I eventually called 3 months later and asked for an update, they were very apologetic and got me in very soon after. Truck was fixed in 3 days, im extremely happy with the work Ryan and his team did. We have had a couple of repairs done and both times first class job with great service. Unfortunately need another done but will wait for Apex to do when they can, they are that good!
