There was no experience, I had an appointment for 11:30 am today . They were closed , no call ,no notification, a total waste of my time to drive 1/2 hour there and 1/2 hour back home .
Staff is professional and friendly with great knowledge. From the beginning of a job, to the end, they are wonderful to work with. We will always recommend Apex Collision!

Think they forgot about me for a few months haha. I was told 3-4 weeks after my estimate. It's been a crazy busy year for insurance claims so I totally understand that things like this happen, it has happened to friends at other shops too. I eventually called 3 months later and asked for an update, they were very apologetic and got me in very soon after. Truck was fixed in 3 days, im extremely happy with the work Ryan and his team did.
