This is my experience with Apex Clean Air today. I contact them on the special for 10 ducts for $49. The guy comes in, tall guy, olive skin, brown hair and says he's the manager. (I later find out that his name is *****) I tell him that all I want is the 10 air ducts cleaned for $49 dollars. He says, "well, I have to inspect your system and I'm sure that you haven't had your system inspected since you've lived here." I told him that I had and there is nothing wrong with it. A few years ago, after we scheduled a visit from Apex to our home, they did a no-show twice, and after they saw my bad review, they gave us some kind of reimbursement or discount. We had our ducts cleaned in August 2020. The technician made a huge mistake putting our motor back in our furnace and ruined our furnace. I spent a month arguing for them to replace our furnace because it was their technicians error. They finally did replace it but when we turned the gas on we ended up with a gas leak. When contacted about it they told me it was just a small gas leak and didnt want to take responsibility for their technicians error again. I had my whole house air duct cleaned today. The technician arrived on time. I showed him three advertising coupons that were sent to me for the last couple of months and asked him to apply the best value coupon for me. He said two of them are the same value ($49 for 10 vents, 1 return, 1 main). Then he said those were the best value among the three coupons I had. I trusted what he said and had him start his work. Worked here once, its a scam. Don't waste your time with the bait and switch coupons, or the high pressure fear-based sales that will take your bill into the thousands.

The technician, Jeff, was fantastic. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions in terms that we understood. He explained everything and the cost it before he did anything. Would recommend this company to everyone. If you get Jeff as the technician, you get the best.

I had the best experience with APEX Clean Air!I want to highlight the Techs who came to our home today, TANYON&CADE.They were very thorough with walking me through all that they needed to do and what they would be doing. I advised Tanyon of the messed-up situation I was in. I just barely moved into this place a month ago. Have had problems from day 1. I'd get into detail, but I'd run out of space. Really professional company that cares about your home as much as you do. 10/10 recommend. ****** and his coworker have been awesome and really hardworking. They work fast and get the job done well. They seem like good honest guys which feels pretty rare in this industry. Couldn't have expected anything better from them!
