POOR APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT AND PATIENT FILE ACCESS Great Doctors but they use an electronic "follow my health" system for patients. Unfortunately it just doesn't work - they are not even listed as being in the system. I have complained and phoned at least 30 (yes thirty) including phone calls and no one gets back with a fix. Its totally rubbish - they do not remind you of appointments - you just get this electronic company that says you have to login to see your results and records and they are not even listed as participat... read more
