Absolutely love Rose! She is very knowledgeable about muscles and the body and skilled at relieving pain. She always spends extra time with me to explain what movements and exercises I should be doing to correct the issues I have. Even if that means I wouldn’t need her help anymore! But I would still go for a relaxing massage or facial :) I can’t wait to train mobility and strength with Jo in the fitness studio!
