I just bought a car from Jesse and I have to say I was skeptical at first since it all happened so fast. However, he delivered on everything he said he would. He found me the exact car I wanted and with the features I asked for. The financing rate was excellent also. I highly recommend Apex Auto Alliance to anyone looking to buy an automobile. He even made sure the tank was topped up with gas. You're the man Jesse. Thank you for your hard work and patience getting the right car for me.
Bought a vehicle back in August. On delivery there was a engine light on. Was told by the agent that sold me the car that it shouldn't be to serious, but to get it checked out. The report came back with over $2500 worth of repairs. I also do not have a copy of the safety that was done. They still haven't reached out to me.
Things started great. Was able to get an approval even with low credit score. Rate wasn't great but was expected. I was told after 6mths, we would revisit. That's when it went downhill. Delivery was days late, delivery guy didn't even know if the ownership was in there, they wouldn't provide report on what was serviced on the vehicle but was told oil change, breaks and 2 new tires, (a month later had to pay $2,300 for wheel barring's, new bushings front and rear, alignment, air and cabin filters). Bought a car had so many issues with.. which can happened BUT they ignored me, emails, phone calls, BBB all communication has been ignored and they don't want to fix any issues/complaints. They blamed in on their phone services.. contact 6 different people at that location all avoid me..
Horrible customer service. Will not return phone calls. Did not full fill contract as promised.
If I could give less stars I would, where to start with the disastrous team that is lead by Jude. First they turned a 23k$ car into 40 grand payment that they did not explain whatsoever nore did they discus a rate with me. After a week into having a car that they sold me from another shop it broke down and took a week for them to finally pick up the phone to give me absolutely no advice nore knew what to do just tried to insure me that it would be fixed after two weeks of going back and forth with their entire useless staff ... read more
