Apex has definitely been a great area to live in. Chanta is freaking Ahhhhhmazing !! I Never had any issues, whenever I needed something fixed it was always taken care of by Bennie with no problems!! Thank you both for an amazing experience here at APEX!!
Lived here 2yrs when I moved in there was spiders and spider webs every where there was a roach infestation you could see the remnants behind the refrigerator I asked for a new dishwasher because the one in the apartment was infested you could see the residue maintenance came in started it said it works and left put in the work order for screen protector on back door to be replaced because it was ripped from previous tenants it was never replaced had an infestation of ants I got rid of myself resident's leave their trash in ... read more
Beautiful place been here for 9 years and I say the management and maintenance manager are amazing and courtesy and get things done way to go! Keep making it happen.
Awesome staff !!! If you have any questions about your rental issues Ms. Chanta will breakdown any and every question. Very knowledgeable and feels like family when speaking to office staff. Also, any maintenance issues you have are addressed immediately.
