I can’t say enough great things about Apex Ashton Green! The entire team has made my experience here outstanding. The two ladies in the front office are absolutely amazing—always friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. I lived here for 2 years from February 2024 to February 2026. While I never felt unsafe or threatened while living here, there are some things that could use improvement. I lived on the top floor and I could hear and feel any time someone on the bottom floor slammed a door. As with some of the other reviews, there is most definitely a bug problem. When I first moved there were bugs constantly in the unit. The pest company came and placed glue traps and that helped, but I would still see bugs every so often. Another issue, is... read more
Let me just start by saying Shonta the leasing manager so understanding and compassionate, I started this moving process over 1 month ago and she has been nothing short of amazing and understanding! Monica the leasing office agent also nothing short of patience and understanding. I knew from DAY 1 I made the right decision making APEX AT ASHTON GREEN HOME!! Yall go apply ASAP! Loving the apartment, Best staff of any property I’ve ever lived. Very responsive and helpful, Monica and Ms.Chanta are always available when you need them. Would recommend to anybody I know
