I spent $250 for three of us… drinks and appetizers, we sat at the bar. Even with the street festival going on parking was relatively reasonable. Really great venue and it looks like there’s a great restaurant and they’ll be opening up a smaller club in the next month or so to make it a multipurpose venue. Staff was great . They were really working hard.

The staff are rude, the building is dirty, and the AC is from the 50s. For how expensive it is to rent, you'd think it would atleast offer one good aspect. It's the same experience as paying 50$ for a McChicken.
