I would NOT recommend HIRING APEX ARBORCARE LLC, doing business as Apex Arbor Care, under any circumstances. Forewarned is Forearmed! I gave them a 1 star as it’s the lowest you can give. Otherwise I would have given them a T for terrible! In February 2022, I hired Apex Arbor Care to trim 3 queen palms, 2 in the front yard and 1 between my house and my neighbor’s, plus remove a dead palm. Apex Arbor Care. Do NOT use this company. You will be sorry. I hired them to trim 2 big trees. They worked for about 15 minutes when one of them cut a branch which hit my truck under the carport and left a dent in the tailgate. I told the worker he needed to be more careful because carelessness can lead to accidents. He got upset at my use of the word “careless” and proceeded to cuss me out.
