Not worth the price tag I recently toured this place. The construction is not good. They were having construction work done (very noisy) but it was obvious that it was mostly cosmetics. Poor cosmetics. The parking lot is loaded with pot holes. It is nextdoor to a parking facility, also under renovations. More noise. Some people living there have front patios. Instead of patio furniture and maybe barbecues, you'll see that they use the space as garages loaded with junk. The only good thing visible was their pool. I doubt that... read more
Lipstick on a Pig The construction is shoddy at best, the outdoor floors lumpy and tilted, as well as the flooring in my own apartment. This belies a few potentially dangerous problems: the foundation is subsiding unevenly, the framing wasn't done properly in the first place, or there is some kind of rot going on. The elevator permit posted expired in 2017.
