Wish there was an option for zero stars! Touring experience has been absolutely pathetic with this office. They would put up apartments that are not even available to tour on their websites, and won’t let you view the place even an evening before it is available! And then, when you still try to take the leap of faith and apply, they’ll say its no longer available! Happened twice, never relying on them again. I’ve been living here for quite some time, and I want to give a huge thank you to David, Diego, and Joel from the Maintenance team! Their professionalism is truly outstanding, and they always go above and beyond. They make sure to actively follow up on open requests, ensuring everything gets taken care of. Most recently, they resolved a washer issue I had, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and efficiently they handled it.
Technician David R. came and quickly fixed the light issues. Very efficient, well done!
