Terrible service. They seem unable to process a credit card payment properly and impose arbitrary rules throughout the rental process. I've been renting equipment for more than five years without any issues, until I tried using this company.
Horrible experience. I submitted all the required forms and paid for the camera rental, only to be told afterward that I needed a $2,125 deposit. Then they changed it and said I needed a $725 deposit instead. Really?! How is this information not clearly stated on the website before customers pay? It was a complete waste of time and very inconvenient, especially when my event was the next day. They showed no flexibility and made no effort to help find a solution.
