The management has changed for the worse - the staff are friendly but management is a different story. Walls are thin and you hear everything your neighbors are doing. Building is showing its construction issues and isn’t aging well. If there is a break-in in the garage (and there have been several), don’t expect management to tell you anything, just expect to be surprised to discover your car broken into.
RecommendedLiving here is a pretty relaxing experience. The leasing office people and the concierge are all very friendly and helpful. Their love for our dogs helps! The building is kept spotless. Across the street from Starbucks! The Metro! What more can I say!
Amazing community to be a part of. Staff could not be better, always helpful and kind to residents. A great community if you really want to feel as though you have a relaxing and inviting place to call home.
I have lived in several Bozzuto properties since 2015, but this is by far the most poorly managed I’ve seen. To start, your apartment will not be painted entirely fresh, there will be a few walls and patches touched up. The paint job will be rushed and a lot of spots missing. Your carpet will not be new either. There are dogs EVERYWHERE and barking ongoing by simply walking past a door. Very personable crew. I love the small touches they provide (for example, Starbucks gift card on your birthday) and the various activities.
i love aperture the most beautiful I've ever seen in my life and staff is extraordinary today.
