This place is life changing. If your weakness is yourself, then come here. They will help mold you into an APE. I went from 33% to 17% body fat. Yes, it took me a year and a half of hard work and making mistakes. The coaches coach and keep you accountable. They also know you're not perfect and will make mistakes. It has officially been a year since I started attending Ape Arena, and I can honestly say this gym has changed my life! When I first joined, I had very low self-esteem, struggled with simple tasks, and was constantly out of breath due to being unhealthy.
