This is absolutely the worst, most obstructionist management company in the history of all management companies. They still owe me money for overpaid HOA fees after the sale of my condo, weeks after closing. And that's the least bad thing about them.
This is a strange company. It does collect HOA dues , but it doesn't fix leaks and maintain properties in good shape. It tries to get a lot of additional charges when you purchase property that don't look legitimate
