I’m a maintenance supervisor for a long time and been using AR for almost just as long. Kim has always gone above and beyond on getting jobs done on short notice and been very professional. This is the best resurfacing company you will find. They have great technicians that are safe and clean. The front office is amazing an make sure ur needs are me. kim is an absolute 💎! Look no further I have been a customer for about 8 yrs an this is the only company Ive used that the material stick and stays.
Absolute Incompetence. They needed to come and repair my tub (which I apparently cannot be in my house when they are doing so), but gave me zero notice before hand. ( I work from home) When I asked why not notice was given, because legally you are supposed to…they and I quote “thought the 3 was a 5” in my phone number … therefore they could not warn/remind me of the repair/entry of my apartment.
