Place "was" nice but you get what you pay for management is nice and reasonable but Maintnance is not up to date neighbors aren't as pleasant as they seem to a younger crowds or new residence thats been nothing but respectful to everyones place of residency.

Apartments on Main is a great little apartment complex. They are super fair on rent prices. A mile south is Downtown Royal Oak, Two miles North is Downtown Clawson and about two miles West is Downtown Berkley. You cannot beat the location. The units are really spacious and open feeling. The manager Al is easy to get in touch with and a genuinely good dude. Everyone living here currently is super nice and courteous. Definitely Recommended.

Just wanted to share my experience here. Sadly, Adrian left and was not landlord anymore - she was very understanding and hard working. Rent price is nice but you get what you pay for. Maintenance is never knowledgeable and takes their time during urgent matters. For about 3-4 months my heat was not working during the cold weather and no one could fix it no matter how many times they attempted to look at it. Neighbors above my apartment were extremely loud and disruptive and that also was not handled for 12 months. Some neig... read more
