I have lived at Apartments of Orland for almost 5 years, and have been very pleased with my apartment. I would highly recommend this place. A big thank you to the property managers, Lisa, Diane and the young man in the office who are always so prompt to answer my questions and my work order and willing to help with everything. My husband and I stayed in these apartments for 7 years and I can honestly say we had nothing less than a great experience. The premises is very well kept and maintained. The ladies in the office and maintenance guys are all really polite and sweet. I personally would recommend this complex to anyone who is in search with or without children. The schools are as well phenomenal needless to say and our overall experience was very satisfying.
