They will continue to increase the rent with no upgrades made. The management and maintenance are an absolute joke here. And it is extremely hot. They made sure to set up your extremely old and broken AC box all the way in the front and towards the ceiling, so getting it to the back is nearly impossible. Getting things fixed around here takes forever and they are never truly fixed. I have lived here 4 years now.
Very nice calm place. Walls are thick and can rarelly hear any outside noise. I really dont have any complaints about the complex been living here for 5 years. My only wish is that they did allow dogs
