Seeing all the other bad reviews is not surprising. They took over our complex after we had been living there a year and since moving out we were never contacted to let us know about the multiple charges we had for damage that was already in the apartment prior to moving in and they sent us to collections with absolutely zero heads up or communication. Would not recommend renting from them.

Do NOT rent from any property they manage! I have lived at the Winston for 9 years and never had a problem until they took over. Bldg Mgr Chance does not return calls, or respond to emails. Bobbi whi is the Sr Prop Mgr also does not respond. We had homeless people living in our stairwell for over 4 months(I had to call 911 twice in just 1 morning), our packages were constantly being stolen.
