Seeing all the other bad reviews is not surprising. They took over our complex after we had been living there a year and since moving out we were never contacted to let us know about the multiple charges we had for damage that was already in the apartment prior to moving in and they sent us to collections with absolutely zero heads up or communication. Would not recommend renting from them.
