Dishonorable business. They rented to my family with my father in law as the signer understanding that my children and wife would be living there also. Two weeks before the lease is up they serve us with an eviction notice. We pay our rent. We don’t cause problems. There’s no damage to the unit. But since we’re violating the lease by having a “unapproved tenant” they will get the keep our deposit. They were aware of the situation and chose to take advantage of us.
