My experience with Apts & Homes, Inc was wonderful. The Condo I rented was beautiful and a joyful place to live these last 6 years. They were responsive and prompt with every issue and request.
Worst Property Management!!!!! Renters beware. They never respond to emails, their phone goes straight to voicemail and they don't call back. We had so many issues with one home and we had to call their emergency line early in the morning on two separate occasions. We spoke to the dispatcher and they said someone would call in 30 minutes. We call them each hour for 5 hours and they said "30 minutes" each time we called. No on EVER showed up. They tried to blame us for quite a bit in our security deposit. Amazing people to rent from.
After having a big issue with another management I realized how great this company really is. We moved from Indiana to Colorado and rent a place from them sight unseen. They worked with me and my family made us feel at home amd when we left got our full deposit back. They are great and friendly. Moved to Texas and now looking for their website to see what properties they manage that we might be able to moved back to as we are trying to come back to Colorado.
They’re the best management company we’ve ever worked with. Things get done quickly, they’re great at communicating and everyone is kind. I can’t say enough good about them!
