Apartment The landlord left me with out a workable toilet he never returns your calls in an emergency. He also left me with a broken lock on my front door , there is so much drugs going on in his apartment complex also Do Not Rent Here
Adequate living for the price Adequate living for the price, although, being situated near the Delaware River, the grounds do have a" Summer months" pest issue ( Spiders, Boxelder Bug). With that said, never have I had a significant pest issue. Parking is plentiful (No designated tenant space, or "sticker" parking) but vehicle must be inspected, and registered. Look Here this place is ran by a family. the father is an complete a**hole and the son is his fetch dog. other than That, THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH HUNDREDS OF SPIDERS, dont believe me? drive up the the parking lot and look at all the windows and if u think it stops there check out the staircases!!! disgusting. it has and intercom that Doesnt work and loud patrons in the parking lot at random times of the night.... Not Worth It!

Average apartment The unit I looked at I liked double door entry. But when I was told the rent it was higher than on the web and when I ask why the difference I received no answer.
Nice Place The pictures posted here are not the same as the place now. It must have been recently renovated. My apt is very spacious and clean and comfortable. The onsite maintenance man was a gentleman and was very responsive to any of our needs. Plenty of parking. I would recommend this place.
