We pay for the “amenities” and almost every week the pool is closed or opening a lot later due to shortage of staff. Maintenance team was always quick to respond, the staff was always friendly, until it came to move out time. Their staffs entire demeanor changed after I emailed them requesting more information for move out charges. They became hostile and immediately defensive, I eventually had to ask for the property manager to speak with because I couldn’t have a conversation with anyone there without being told to take them to court if I disagreed with the charges rather then trying to discuss the charges and show them my move in and mo... read more
