Best first apartment anyone could ever ask for. My experience here has been nothing but amazing, and even though it does need updating, you can't beat the staff as well as the tenants here. I was informed in my past that leasing professionals are hard to deal with, but that was never the case when I had a number of issues arise during my stay. The staff members made it very pleasing and more than comfortable to share my input. I'll have nothing but good memories here! The Apartments at Pine Brook have set a high standard.

Best place to live in Newark! Friendly community, attentive staff, and beautifully kept grounds. The area is close enough to Main Street but far enough from traffic. If you don't feel like walking, there's a UD shuttle bus that takes you straight to Main Street. Additionally, and my personal favorite, pinebrook is right next to the reservoir where evening strolls are the best times to capture sunsets :)

The staff provides excellent service and fast response time. The landscaping is well maintained. The apartments offer a lot of space for a very reasonable price and compared to other apartments in the area, this is definitely the most affordable (in the bang for buck sense). The residents are nice, and the community feels safe. The UD shuttle bus stop is definitely a great resource. Pine Brook is a great place to live. The staff has always been very kind and professional. The servicemen have been very helpful and are quick to get jobs completed. We are only a mile away from Main Street, which is a reasonable walking distance, and for when we don't feel like walking there is the UD shuttle bus that comes right to the complex and is free to ride.
