AVOID THIS PLACE. A bare-bones apartment complex with hands off management (albeit a good price in an expensive neighborhood but beware). I had new neighbors move in with a cockroach infestation that came through the walls, when I moved my fridge and oven there were open holes in the walls leading to other apartments. I live at the Apartments on M-Streets, under the Perry Guest Manageement. I’ve been dealing with a termite infestation in my apartment for over two months, and the management’s response has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. They initially sent pest control (almost 2 weeks after I sent in my work order) just to take a picture of the damage, but no real action has been taken to actually treat the infestation. The apartment is under new management and the maintenance team is super hardworking. They always come and fix the issue super quickly.
